Who Knew?!


You can freeze eggs! Not for future embryos, but for future omelets. You just have to freeze them out of their shell and they are good for up to a year. Mix 2-3 in a ziploc and freeze (great for cake mixes) or freeze individaly in ice cube trays and then ziploc them. For a full tutorial, go here. I'll never be caught without eggs again! And with Easter coming up, all the stores put them on sale so it's a great time to stock up.
